Envelope printing app1/3/2024 The app does not require a computer if the printer supports Google Cloud print in other case a computer will need to be connected. In the end, the user just needs to enable cloud printing and the app is all set to be used. For that, the user can go to “Device and Printers’ in control panel and choose ‘printing preferences’ in Microsoft windows. Next the user has to check that the printer they’re using supports the envelope size they want to print on. The user will have to install Chrome Browser and log in using their Google ID and the log in with the same Google ID on the Smartphone. In order to install the app the user has to log in their Google account on the Chrome Browser. To setup Google Cloud Print, the user will need a computer with an internet connection, and to print from the phone they will need Wi-Fi or a data plan on the Android phone. The app runs upon the Google’s Cloud print and takes simple steps for the set-up. Setting up the app is as simple as the usability of the app itself. The app prints one address per envelope which is in the middle of the envelope, and the return address will be placed on the top-left. This app can be very useful for new entrepreneurs and small business owners who frequently have to post mails, for marketing and promotional material, invoices, invitations for certain events, greetings or introductions etc. A dear friend in Ireland has created a new mobile application ‘Phone to Envelope’, which can be used to print addresses on envelopes directly from the user’s mobile.
